Months ago, I met a former crewmember who worked in art auctions. As he was hired under a third party, he had the opportunity to work aboard ships of different companies. Then it occurred to me to ask him which is the best company to work for? He told me CARNIVAL. The crew works more relaxed and not under as much demand as Princess or Celebrity does. and which is the worst? He said .... Celebrity

I have to admit when it comes to social life and crew friendliness carnival scores high on my list. I was on Carnival Conquest back in 2001, it was my first contract, and from the moment I step onboard everyone was makeing eye contact and was greeting me. The male / female ratio was 50/50. Awesome crew party's in the crew bar. I think Carnival did well with this smile and greeting policicy. Later I switched to Celebrity and was quite opposite. No one looks at you no one greets you.
